We have listed some of the common questions we have received and their answers to help you.

Do you sell any other keys, which aren’t listed?

Yes. We have access to thousands of different keys and products, so please contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. You can order online securely using any credit / debit card or paypal. All transactions are processed by Paypal.

Can I pay by cheque?

Unfortunately not.

Can I order by telephone?

No sorry, please place an order on the website. If you have any queries, please contact us.

Can I come and collect my order?

Sorry but we do not allow collections

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We have tried to keep our prices as competitive as possible and so unfortunately we can’t offer any bulk discounts. However, you will receive a discount on you postage and packaging costs for multiple keys, see our Shipping Info page for more information.

How much is delivery?

Can I post to a different address than my billing address ?

Yes. On the checkout page un-tick the box next to “Ship to the same address”.

How long will it take for an order to be delivered?

We dispatch parcels Monday to Friday. Please see table above for details. Please refer to the details on the Shipping Info page.

How do I track my parcel?

We send most of our parcels using some form of Royal Mail signed for which means it can be tracked. Due to time constraints we do not always attach the tracking number to the dispatch email that you should receive when we ship your order. If you do not get your item when you are expecting please email martinspitzer2011@yahoo.co.uk or call us on 01237 722 135 and we will send you the tracking number and contact Royal Mail to find out the status.

Do your parcels show what the contents are?

No. We use plain packaging on all of our orders. We do need to have our return address on the parcels for obvious reasons.

My parcel hasn’t arrived ?

If the parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days (10 days outside UK) please contact us so we can investigate. We can only refund or exchange a lost or delayed item after 14 days as this is when we are able to put in a claim for the lost or delayed item.

What if the key doesn’t work what should I do?

Firstly don’t force the key. If the key inserts but doesn’t turn and the lock has not been used for a period of time you can try applying some penetrating fluid (WD40) to the lock and wriggle the key from side to side to start the mechanism working. Otherwise please contact us for further help.

How do I return items for a refund?

Please contact us if your Keys are faulty and you want to repair the Keys, replace the Keys, a price reduction or a refund.
